My Story...

I have been involved in physical fitness and sports for most of my life. I was never an elite athlete...just a regular guy who loved to test my physical limits. I was never the best on the football field. I was not always the fastest or the strongest. Sometimes I had to train harder than everyone else to compete. Sometimes I felt like I was more exhausted than the guy across from me. But, I learned to keep moving forward. No matter how tired, how afraid, or how outmatched.


Somewhere along the way I strayed from the path. I decided that alcohol, cigarettes, and pizza would be a great replacement for a healthy lifestyle. After 10 years of abuse, all it earned me was an extra 40 pounds, the inability to climb stairs without gasping for air, and a lot of morning headaches. Realizing that it was only going to get worse if I didn't make a change, I decided enough was enough. The problem was, I didn't know where to begin. So I just began where I was.


In the 5 years since hitting rock bottom, I have completed the Los Angeles marathon twice, sparred with professional MMA fighters, and have never gone more than 3 days without some kind of challenging physical training.


I'm living proof that no matter how far you've fallen, or even if you never had a good start to begin with, your new life is waiting for you if you just keep moving forward. I'm here to help guide you.
